  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier partner.
  • On average, orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for both prepaid and COD orders.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation or address changes are not possible.

Delays & Unforeseen Issues

  • Delivery delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, strikes, or high order volumes are beyond our control.
