- All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.
Delivery Timelines
- Delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier partner.
- On average, orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable for both prepaid and COD orders.
Order Cancellation & Address Changes
- Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation or address changes are not possible.
Delays & Unforeseen Issues
- Delivery delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, strikes, or high order volumes are beyond our control.
