Welcome to HEMMLOCK. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other policies mentioned herein.
Note: BRIMBARY is our second brand and operates under the same ownership and policies as HEMMLOCK.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not place an order.

Use of Our Website
- You will use the website only for lawful purposes.
- You will not place false, fraudulent, or speculative orders.
- All information provided by you (email, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.
- You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
Service Availability
Currently, we deliver only within India.
How the Contract Is Formed
- Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase.
- A contract is formed only when the order is confirmed and the product is dispatched with an invoice.
- If payment is deducted but the order is not accepted, the amount will be refunded.
- HEMMLOCK reserves the right to verify orders via call or email and cancel them if required.
Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will cancel the order and issue a refund for prepaid orders.
Refusal of Orders
- Withdraw products at any time.
- Refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or verification failure.
Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order before dispatch and receive a full refund.
Cancellations are NOT applicable for:
- Customized products
- Products with removed or damaged original packaging
Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeline. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics, or serviceability issues.
Undelivered Orders (RTO)
- If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be returned to us (RTO).
- For prepaid orders, store credit will be issued to your Hemmlock Wallet.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for OTP-verified RTOs.
Risk & Ownership
- Products are your responsibility after delivery.
- Ownership transfers only after full payment.
- If packaging appears damaged or tampered, you may refuse delivery and inform us via email.
Coupons & Vouchers
- Coupons and vouchers are issued at Hemmlock’s discretion.
- They may be disabled during sales or promotions.
- Hemmlock reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices include applicable taxes.
- In case of pricing errors, we will notify you and offer cancellation or correction.
- Refunds for such cases will be issued as Hemmlock Wallet Credit.
Returns & Exchanges
- Any partial payment made for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is strictly non-refundable in case of a return.
- All accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the returned product does not match the item originally shipped by us, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability.
- No returns during sale periods (exchange only).
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after pickup and are issued only as Hemmlock Wallet credit.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect losses or damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website belongs to HEMMLOCK. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian Law, and disputes are subject to Indian courts.
